The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) announced they will be evaluating safety and health programs at the Hanford tank farms this summer. WRPS is very encouraged by this announcement, and we will provide our support in every way we can during the assessment. NIOSH will provide important independent observations and recommendations on the excellent work our team is performing and their suggestions will help us continue to improve our processes. This is the letter the Office of River protection sent to NIOSH accepting their assistance.
