Six Hanford workers—four expressing symptoms—underwent precautionary medical evaluation and have been released to work after reporting odors this morning outside the AX Tank Farm. OIG special report on chemical vapors now available – Nov. 16, 2016

Court ruling on preliminary injunction – Nov. 16, 2016

A federal judge has denied a motion for preliminary injunction filed by the Attorney General, Hanford Challenge and Local 598 to implement additional interim protective measures at Hanford’s tank farms. Clarification on today’s court decision – Nov. 3, 2016

Today’s decision is separate from a motion for a preliminary injunction on whether to implement additional interim protective measures filed by the Attorney General, Hanford Challenge and Local 598. We anticipate that ruling in the coming weeks.
