C-67 Event Investigation Reports (EIRs)

Sorted by year, reports begin with year 2023

The following files are Event Investigation Reports (EIRs) from C-67 events.

A TFC-OPS-OPER-C-67 is a response to stronger than normal odors. Workers who detect unidentified or unexpected odors—and potentially related symptoms—should report them. When this occurs, the TFC-OPS-OPER-C-67 procedure is initiated.
